Hi, when you format the SD card, all info there is deleted. Maybe try a different card. There are no needed files on the card to read it. In fact, I always save all manufacturers’ files on my computer as a lot of SD cards tend to corrupt and lose all data occasionally. So, I use an empty card to transfer my files. If you need the latest firmware, user manual or a test GCode, you can find it on the official website.

I must use a micro SD-Card to get my gcodes to the printer in the cellar. WLAN doesn’t work! My Computer was nor able to read the card from one day to the other. I tried a lot of adapter and three computers. The last option was to formate the card. But know, the printer (elegoo neptune 4 max) can not read the card. Can you send me the files I need on the card?
