Hi Israel, sorry to hear that. If the nozzle isn’t extruding, it could be a clog, incorrect temperature, or a filament feeding issue. Since your printer is still very new, I’d recommend checking the nozzle and filament path first, and contacting Anycubic support as it should be covered under warranty.

I had an Ankermake M5c and got beautiful prints from it. THIS HUNK OF JUNK I’d love to toss out the window. Like another poster said…All I can print is a damn benchy. If I try to print anything else besides a keychain, I’m getting nothing but globs on the hot end. What a waste of money.

If you are unlucky you’ll have a paperweight. Mine printed exactly 1 benchy, then never got the print head close enough to the build plate to make anything again. I fought with imaginary filament clogs from the firmware upgrade, then went back to just one spool on the back and it feeds great – INTO THE POOP CHUTE – but not to the build plate. No manual z offset control that sticks, will have to see what is in the g-code of the slicer. I’ve had this for 4 days and haven’t been able to do anything

It is a concern with recent developments with the Bambu situation, I have worked with Anycubic for several years and I don’t see them doing this anytime in the future. I would prefer a more open Klipper style system but the Kobra series has done very well so far.
